三亚科技投资集团有限公司成立于 2019年7月，是根据市委市政府国资改革要求，由国资系统科技企业整合而成的三亚八大国有产业投资集团之一。集团以科技产业投资服务商为定位，以数字城市建设、科技投资和科技服务等为主要业务方向，以成为三亚信息化建设、运营、维护和研发的重点企业。成为海南数字城市和自由贸易港建设、智慧旅游产品和物联网与人工智能的领军企业，成为全国信息化系统研发运营服务的品牌企业为目标愿景，推进海南智慧建设，努力打造服务于地方政府和科技创新智慧之城的载体。
集团下辖4家全资二级子公司，三亚市信息化基础设施投资建设发展有限公司、海南云港科技有限公司、三亚科创投资控股有限公司，三亚市慧创互联网信息产业基地运营管理有限公司。3家全资三级子公司，海南信程智慧旅游发展有限公司、三亚科控国际供应链发展有限责任公司、三亚市慧科产业园开发建设管理有限公司。
集团承担全市电子政务外网和大数据中心等信息化基础设施建设运维管理。集团核心企业三亚信投公司、云港公司是国家级高新技术企业、海南省“专精特新”中小企业、企业信用等级 AAA级单位，拥有软件著作权等知识产权73项，并多次获得“中国智慧城市创新奖”、“信息技术创新应用优秀实践奖”等国家级奖项。
Introduction
Sanya Technology Investment Group Co., Ltd. was established in July 2019 in response to the municipal government's state-owned asset reform requirements. It is one of the eight major state-owned industrial investment groups in Sanya, formed by integrating technology enterprises within the state-owned asset system. The group positions itself as a technology industry investment service provider, focusing on digital city construction, technology investment, and technology services. Its vision is to become a key enterprise in Sanya's information construction, operation, maintenance, and research and development, a leading company in the construction of Hainan's digital city and free trade port, smart tourism products, and the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence, and a brand enterprise in the national information system development and operation services. The group aims to promote smart construction in Hainan and strives to become a carrier serving local governments and the innovation of smart cities.The group has four wholly-owned second-tier subsidiaries: Sanya Information Infrastructure Investment and Development Co., Ltd., Hainan Cloud Port Technology Co., Ltd., Sanya Kechuang Investment Holding Co., Ltd., and Sanya Huichuang Internet Information Industry Base Operation Management Co., Ltd.; and three wholly-owned third-tier subsidiaries: Hainan Xincheng Smart Tourism Development Co., Ltd., Sanya Kekong International Supply Chain Development Co., Ltd., and Sanya Huike Industrial Park Development and Construction Management Co., Ltd.The group is responsible for the construction, operation, and maintenance management of the city's e-government extranet and big data center and other information infrastructure. The group's core enterprises, Sanya Xintou Company and Cloud Port Company, are national high-tech enterprises, "specialized, refined, and new" small and medium-sized enterprises in Hainan Province, and AAA credit-rated units. They hold 73 software copyrights and other intellectual property rights and have won national awards such as the "China Smart City Innovation Award" and the "Information Technology Innovation Application Excellent Practice Award" multiple times.
