Sanya Changfeng Marine Natural Gas Supply Co., Ltd. was established in 1995 and is the first private enterprise in Hainan Province to invest in the construction and operation of urban public infrastructure. It is also the first company in Sanya that was strongly supported by the CPC Sanya Municipal Committee and the Sanya Municipal Government and listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSXV) in 2008.
