中国南方航空股份有限公司（以下简称南航），总部设在广州，是中国航线网络最发达、年客运量最大的航空公司，控股厦门航空、重庆航空、河南航空、贵州航空、珠海航空等7家客、货运输航空公司，拥有新疆、北方、北京等 19 家分公司，在南京、青岛等地设有 20 个境内营业部，在新加坡、纽约等地设有 52 个境外营业部。

南航海南分公司成立于1992年9月19日，是海南省首家基地航空公司，执管运力37架。成立至今，海南分公司扎根海南、依托海口三亚，深耕海南，在海南自贸港建设和国家“一带一路”倡议中积极作为、勇立潮头，为海南地区经济社会发展和南航战略转型做出了应有的贡献。
