中国光大银行（CHINA EVERBRIGHT BANK，以下简称“光大银行”）成立于1992年8月，是经国务院批复并经中国人民银行批准设立的全国性股份制商业银行，总部设在北京。中国光大银行于2010年8月在上海证券交易所挂牌上市、2013年12月在香港联合交易所挂牌上市。旗下共7家控股子公司，分别为光大理财、光银国际投资、光大金租、北京阳光消金及三家村镇银行。
截至2023年末，中国光大银行已在境内设立分支机构1312家，实现境内省级行政区域服务网络的全覆盖，机构网点辐射全国150个经济中心城市。同时香港分行、光银国际、首尔分行、光银欧洲、卢森堡分行、悉尼分行、东京代表处也相继运营或挂牌，澳门分行正式开业。截至2023年末，光大银行资产总额达67727.96亿元人民币，获评《金融时报》“年度最佳股份制银行”，在2023年“全球银行1000强排行榜”中位列第28位。
中国光大银行三亚分行成立于1999年3月18日，是中国光大银行在海南设立的二级分行，隶属中国光大银行海口分行管理。目前，光大银行三亚分行下辖6家支行，1家社区支行，30家自助类网点，员工136人，其中本科及以上学历占比98%。是一支专业素质高，业务经验丰富的项目管理团队，先后被中国银行业协会授予2012年中国银行业文明规范服务“百佳示范单位”，中国星级网银行网点“五星级网点”。

Introduction
Established in August 1992, CHINA EVERBRIGHT BANK (hereinafter referred to as "Everbright Bank") is a national joint-stock commercial bank approved by The State Council and the People's Bank of China, headquartered in Beijing.
