三亚国际商事调解中心

2020年6月1日，中共中央、国务院印发《海南自由贸易港建设总体方案》，提出建立多元化商事纠纷解决机制。2020年9月9日，民政部门批准成立三亚国际商事调解中心，三亚国际商事调解中心为民办非企业性质，专业从事国内外商事纠纷调解、中立的第三方机构。2021年1月23日正式揭牌，办公地点位于三亚市人民政府第二办公楼7楼。

三亚国际商事调解中心以《联合国关于调解所产生的国际和解协议公约》（简称《新加坡调解公约》）为指引，以“公平、公正、独立、高效、便捷”为理念，在制度设计上坚持现行先试国际高标准经贸规则，坚持中国特色和国际先进经验相结合，探索形成具有自贸港特色的多元化解商事纠纷解决机制，专业调解各类国际国内商事争议，为海南自贸港建设营造国际一流的、法治化的营商环境提供制度支持。

On June 1, 2020, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Overall Plan for the Construction of Hainan Free Trade Port", proposing the establishment of a diversified mechanism for resolving commercial disputes. On September 9, 2020, the civil affairs department approved the establishment of the Sanya International Commercial Mediation Center. The Sanya International Commercial Mediation Center is a private, non enterprise institution specializing in the mediation of domestic and foreign commercial disputes, and is a neutral third-party organization. The plaque was officially unveiled on January 23, 2021, and the office is located on the 7th floor of the Second Office Building of Sanya Municipal People's Government.
